5. Return and Refund Policy
At RKPS Agencies (Footwears), we take pride in the quality of our clogs, sliders, and everyday footwear. However, if a size does not fit right or you change your mind, we offer a transparent return process to keep your shopping completely stress-free.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or an exchange, your footwear items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must have all original product tags, branded box wrapping, and inner cardboard inserts intact.
- Shoes or clogs tried on indoors must show no signs of scuffs, dirt, or creases on the outer soles.
2. Return Timeframe
You must request a return or exchange within 7 days from the exact date your package was marked delivered by our logistics partner. Requests received beyond this timeframe will unfortunately not be approved.
3. Damaged or Defective Product Handling
We maintain strict quality control checks, but if you receive a damaged, structurally defective, or completely incorrect size/product, please take a clear photograph of the item along with the shipping label and email it to us at Rupesh9946@gmail.com within 48 hours of unboxing. We will arrange a free, priority replacement package or process an immediate full refund at zero extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products bought during clear clearance flash sales labeled "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Items showing visible outdoor wear, foot impressions, or missing original brand packaging.
5. Exchange Options
If you love the design but need a different size or color variation, we provide seamless size exchanges. Once your returned item passes our physical inspection check at our warehouse, we will dispatch the requested exchange size to you for free.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- For size exchanges or manufacturing defects, reverse pickup logistics will be handled completely free of charge by our courier team.
- For general returns based on a change of mind, a nominal flat-rate return processing/reverse shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund value.
7. Refund Process and Timing
Once your returned footwear package is received at our facility and completes our strict inspection process, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
- Approved Claims: The refund will be initiated immediately.
- Refund Processing Time: The credited funds will show up in your original bank account, UPI profile, or credit card statement within 5-7 business days, depending entirely on your banking provider's processing schedules.
