Prices for our footwear products are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on our Shopify store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through secure modes including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized digital wallets. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment manipulation is suspected.
3. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our clogs, sliders, slippers, and flip-flops. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, but we continuously work to rectify any misprints immediately.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order quantity for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or geographical shipping limitations. If your order is canceled after your payment is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our operational business days span across All 7 days of the week to ensure maximum promptness. Delivery schedules and timelines are governed strictly by our standard Shipping Policy. While we endeavor to fulfill every order within the stated timeframes, external logistics disruptions out of our control (such as severe weather, public holidays, or transit strikes) do not make us liable for secondary damages.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your purchases are protected and governed explicitly by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that document closely prior to placing an order to understand conditions regarding eligibility, transit damage claims, and reverse pickup logistics.

Any disputes arising out of your purchases or use of this website shall be subject exclusively to the judicial jurisdiction of the courts located in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
